My family and I were tourists in Batumi and decided to go to this bakery (on October 12th at about 20:30) to enjoy the evening with a cup of tea and delicious desserts. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the terrible service. When we approached the cashier and asked if the cashier spoke English, she waved her head and continued to speak Georgian, ignoring our requests. When I asked about the Russian language, she refused again and continued to laugh at us, clearly mocking us. Only after a while, she decided to speak Russian, pretending that she had not understood it before.
The desserts were delicious, but the atmosphere and service left an unpleasant aftertaste. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable, especially to tourists who just want to spend a pleasant evening. I hope that the management will pay attention to this situation and take action. I do not recommend this place because of the boorish treatment.

Excellent service.
They speak and understand Russian.
And the assortment. I'm lost. Everything is so delicious and beautiful. And the prices are a fairy tale. I took a piece of carrot, Napoleon, a large raspberry basket, caramel cheesecake, cream rolls and oreo cookies and paid 700rubles for everything. This is a fabulous price. You will not regret coming + you can immediately eat sweets and drink coffee.

There is no service from the word at all in this cafe, Russophobia is flourishing.
There is a stand with goods for the holidays at the entrance.
She asked me to inflate balloons, we coped with five ordinary ones, we flew. When it came to the ball in the form of a number, it did not fly. I explained for a long time that this would not work, the balloon should fly (especially pumped with helium), to which the Russian-speaking employee said that it was my fault that I did not say that I needed a flying balloon! The girl who inflated the balloons, she turned out to be the manager of this institution, stubbornly told me something in Georgian, she did not want to speak English, especially in Russian.
When I said that I needed a refund, the manager could not come up for a long time, the girl stood aside on the phone. I've been trying to get an answer from a Russian-speaking employee for a long time. When this madam deigned to approach, it was clear from the intonation and the distorted face that she was clearly not talking to me about the balls. To my words, "let's use an interpreter then," one of the employees said that she understands everything, but wants me to talk to her in Georgian!!! And she threw that wretched balloon money right in his face.
I do not recommend this institution to the Russian-speaking community. And thanks for the spoiled mood.
