Friendly and helpful staff (speak both English/Russian), delivery placement went very fast (small package with couple of documents), the delivery itself from Tbilisi to Russia took 13 days with possibility to track delivery status on the website

The SDEC in Georgia is not worth using. And in general, using it for cross-border transportation is a bad idea. My package was delayed so much and the support was so terrible that the package was eventually disintegrated.

I don't know where the rest of the reviews came from, but they sent me a small parcel by express delivery from here, I got to St. Petersburg in 7 days, even earlier than promised. So thank you very much.
