The worst transport company-parcels go for 3-6 months. When contacting the hotline, not a single problem has ever been solved. Written requests are answered with formal replies and for a very long time. I don't recommend it.

I made an order through CDEK FORWARD to a German warehouse. The package had a large volume weight, the hotline advised me to divide the order into 2, which I did. As a result, the parcel was disbanded for 1.5 months. Nothing helped speed up the process, neither calls nor emails. After the disbandment, the parcel began to cost even more :-(. They do not respond to emails, all I can say on the phone is: "Your letter is in the works." There can be no question of any answers within 72 hours. The hotline is "about nothing", no one will help you until you start dealing with your problem yourself.
