They refused to accept the parcel without clear reasons. The employee behaved incorrectly, asked unnecessary questions, came up with non-existent rules and caused a conflict. A similar parcel was previously quietly sent through another branch of the SDEC. After such a service, we no longer plan to use SDEC.
