I came to the point to receive the parcel, the employee refused to receive it, arguing that the parcel with the same number was received in another country.They asked me to come back later. Later, when I picked up the parcel, it turned out to be open, although earlier when I came there was no such thing.
I began to figure out how it happened, but neither the employee nor the supervisor of this item wanted to find out anything. Well, as a result, they were rude and kicked out.
