Very long and expensive delivery. They were sent from Batumi to Tbilisi and are being delivered very slowly. Regular mail is 7 times cheaper and faster.

The worst delivery service I've ever encountered. The parcel from Batumi to Tbilisi was accepted on December 23, promised delivery on December 27 (both on the website and in the PVZ) — and simply did not send it. A few days later, they reported that the delivery is carried out once a week, which no one warns in advance. Because of this, the package did not arrive until the New Year, the plans were disrupted, and the holiday was completely repaired. If I had been warned in advance about the ACTUAL delivery time, I would have chosen another shipping company. The most outrageous thing is that instead of apologizing, I was offered to extend the storage for a fee, although the delay is entirely on CDEK's side. Completely opaque terms, misleading statuses, and zero customer orientation. I do not advise anyone to contact this company, but it is more expensive for themselves.
