I'm just shocked how one employee can ruin my entire opinion of the pick-up point, I've been serving there for 5 years and the staff have always been friendly and if it was tedious to help, they got involved in the problem. But today, just an employee, as I understand it from the two present, is higher in rank or just works longer, answered rudely, refused to help with the question, just 10 minutes of the most unpleasant communication and tone. I was forced to simply leave the point without sending the parcel. The mood is ruined for the whole day. I recommend that the company take a closer look at the choice of personnel. You're losing customers so much! I'm extremely surprised how an employee can be uninterested in helping a client if I say that I can't go into my office and create a document. This is a technical issue for your company. And I also get rudeness in return. They were completely stunned!

The girls were very friendly, they postponed part of the heavy parcel, because they took it away in parts. It is better to enter not from the end, where the stairs are inconvenient, but in the center of the house from the side of the road, there are half as many steps.

It's time for me to write a review on this item of the draft. The staff is rude, they answer questions, but rudely, reluctantly, with a favor, apparently this is due to my lack of Belarusian roots. During the inspection of the parcel, the manager rudely replied that I quote from the package - "it stinks." It's very insulting, the things I sent were all cleanly washed! (I'm very sensitive to odors). All the time the parcel was being sent, the 2 managers chatted as if they were not working, but were discussing something on the bench. I do not recommend visiting the point! (p.s. I forgot my passport at home and tried to find a credit card, there is an oversight in this)

My mother came to receive (because I had to leave urgently for Moscow) handmade sweets in the order and, unfortunately, they have the properties to melt. The order was not given. Attention! My mother and I share the same last name, and my mother has a photo of my passport with her. THE SERVICE IS NOT CUSTOMER-ORIENTED. Daria's cameraman had no desire to help in any way. Personally, as a customer, I called and confirmed that my mother would pick up the parcel. The operator Daria refused to introduce herself and give her last name on the phone. They were able to help me at the nearest SDEK branch in Moscow! and they were shocked by the behavior of their colleagues. I do not recommend this issue point.

The worst pick-up point I've ever encountered. It seems that employees are recruited there specifically on the principle of "the worse, the better." There are two women working, one older, the other younger. Both have the same behavior: rudeness, rudeness, and a complete lack of basic respect for customers. Artificial queues are constantly being created — they can sit for half an hour, discuss personal matters with each other, while there are ten people in the hall, no one is serviced. They react aggressively to comments: the older one starts shouting, the younger one starts being rude in response, as if it's the clients who owe them something, and not the other way around. I witnessed a scandal: a woman came to pick up a parcel, and they began to prove to her that "nothing had arrived." The client showed the track number, and the status "In progress" in the application. As a result, they found her order after 15 minutes of searching, but apologized? Of course not. Instead, they also accused her of "not being able to search properly herself." Another case: a man was refused to receive a parcel because he allegedly had an "old-style passport." He almost called the police. In the end, the goods were found and returned, but only after shouting and threats, and again without any apologies. The atmosphere at this point is like in a cheap eatery: dirty, stuffy, boxes piled haphazardly. But the worst part is the attitude of the staff. It feels like these two employees consider themselves queens, and their clients are their enemies. Draw your own conclusions, but personally I will never go here again and I strongly recommend that everyone not contact this point.
