I was waiting for a parcel with things from Moscow. As a result: I received a torn box, rewound with ordinary tape, in which 5 things are missing! All items are branded and expensive. We pay money for the delivery of things in integrity and safety, and not for the dishonesty of your employees and negligence, which the management of SDEK encourages and welcomes. I called and texted wherever I could. The reaction of the SDEC is zero. If you value things, time and money, and most importantly, nerves ... choose another company, fortunately there are still conscientious ones. I used it for the first and last time!
