I ordered delivery from Russia to Belarus, and my impressions are extremely mixed. On the one hand, the staff was adequate, polite, and served quickly, especially since there were no queues at all. But the separation itself is a kind of quiet horror. The building is old, shabby, uncomfortable inside, and repairs were probably done in the last century. It is a shame for a company of this level that their branches are located in such "sheds".

They are always very helpful employees, the most favorite point of the housing and communal services in Brest.
