They offered to pack it in our box (they wanted to save a little), but the staff refused - they only use SDEK's! We paid for two boxes of SDEK - 65,000 tenge! Everything was ENTRUSTED to the staff, because it was urgently necessary to go, everything was discussed, asked to stick on the packaging-"Glass"! As a result: we received the dishes in our box, the soup tureen and plates were broken, there were no stickers on the packages

Disgusting delivery in Shymkent. It has been a month since the parcel arrived in the city from Astana, they write on the website they gave it to the courier and give the courier's number for communication.
