I use the services of SDEC. Several times already. In principle, everything is fine, except for the deadlines. Recently I wanted to send a parcel to Almaty. We had to wait a week for the cargo to be formed, and then 8 working days for delivery. In short, 15 days running around. I was not satisfied with this and I resolved the issue through friends.

I sent express delivery to Belarus, the stated delivery time was 5-7 working days. As a result, it took 28 days. I contacted support, issued a refund, and was told to come to the branch from which I sent the parcel for money. On the spot, the operator guy contacted his supervisor and refused to make a refund, told him to go to the central office. I contacted support, they replied that the refund should be issued on the spot and there is no need to go anywhere. As a result, I called the "head" of Yakovenko Vlad, who at first claimed that all refunds were only at the central office, then, when he realized that support had already replied that they were obliged to make a refund, he began to talk about the fact that there was no money in the cash register. And that they are a "franchise" and are not guilty of anything at all. As a result, after spending 2 hours, I managed to contact the real head Timur, who, after listening to the story, quickly resolved the issue himself and issued a refund.
As a result, the parcel was not delivered on time, and in order to return the money, I had to spend 2 hours in their office thanks to the "effective manager" Vlad. While such personnel are working there, I do not advise anyone to contact this branch of SDEK.
