As a result, six days passed, after the correspondence in whatsapp, there was no promised call, after the call to the call center it was said that the deadline had been increased by an unknown amount, after the question that the parcel could go for two weeks, she said maybe more and did not know at all and that they did not have maximum deadlines at all. It was just terrible to send signed documents with a seal, and understanding that then there is no one there to pick up and that then I don't need it, it doesn't matter at all. I have never met such a horror, the documents would have reached Minsk from Gomel in three days for three rubles by ordinary belpost or European post, but here the parcel went to the same Minsk for six days!!!!!

Disregard for customers and for doing their job of delivering parcels. For the second time, I encounter sdek against my will (it is with small letters - they are very short of handling large ones). Package (no. 15****7136 ) I arrived from Tomsk to Gomel as early as January 05, and from that moment until January 15, until I myself began to write to support, there were no movements to deliver the parcel. Well, except for two notifications in Viber about the delivery of an order to the courier and endless notifications in LC "the order has not been delivered, choose another delivery date." Only on January 15th!!! 10 days after the parcel was delivered to the city and two days before the end of the storage period, my question is "and where? And when?" in Whatsapp, in correspondence with a support girl, it turns out that they cannot deliver, since I have a Russian phone number (it turns out that in the 21st century, with a bunch of messengers, this is a problem). For this reason, they cannot contact me, although they are safely conducting an analysis of the situation with me in Whatsapp and have notified me twice in Viber to the same Russian phone number. Naturally, they corresponded with me from the position of "you're a fool", "you need to - you think", just as they called from a Moscow number - supposedly to help - and offered to sit at home all day waiting for a courier or quickly rush to their office on the last day of storage. Both options are so-so - they put me in front of the fact and the need to adjust to them. The conclusion suggests itself: for 10 days, no one cared that they couldn't deliver, and if I hadn't contacted them, no one would have responded anywhere. The payment was taken for the service - and adios! They only create the appearance of work - useless alerts in Viber, LC. Yes, it would be better to specify specifically there or there - how to deliver, how to contact?! And not to bring the issue of delivery to the point of absurdity, in which, as it seemed to me from successful experience working with other companies, there should be no such problems. Somehow they lose the understanding that they work and exist at the expense of customers who order and pay for the delivery service.
