There were two parcels waiting . Today 08.02.2025 we wanted to pick up the parcels . Arriving at the apartment at 11 Internatsionalnaya St., they were confronted with the rudeness of a girl who gave out one package instead of two. Although I saw my package and said it was probably for me. As a result, the specialist yelled at me, gave me one parcel , and the second one remained at the pick-up point . I ask the management to have a conversation with their employees and check for professional suitability, such employees lower the company's rating with their incompetence and leave the worst impressions about the SDEK company as a whole. We will select other companies for the future.

The most terrible delivery company! The parcel arrived on December 28, 2024, but was not delivered. They took it away on January 9th. They came up with different reasons, the wrong address, the wrong phone number. Horror, I don't recommend it.
