There were two parcels waiting . Today 08.02.2025 we wanted to pick up the parcels . Arriving at the apartment at 11 Internatsionalnaya St., they were confronted with the rudeness of a girl who gave out one package instead of two. Although I saw my package and said it was probably for me. As a result, the specialist yelled at me, gave me one parcel , and the second one remained at the pick-up point . I ask the management to have a conversation with their employees and check for professional suitability, such employees lower the company's rating with their incompetence and leave the worst impressions about the SDEK company as a whole. We will select other companies for the future.

The result was sent on December 28, it was planned to be delivered on January 4, 8 today!! The package is in Novosibirsk!!!! I pay 2500 a day for the car to take up space in the service station!! Disgusting attitude, documents were sent, the delivery time was indicated "we will deliver within two days", on the website the maximum delivery time is four days "from Gomel to Moscow". As a result, six days passed, after the correspondence in whatsapp, there was no promised call, after the call to the call center it was said that the deadline had been increased by an unknown amount, after the question that the parcel could go for two weeks, she said maybe more and did not know at all and that they did not have maximum deadlines at all. It was just terrible to send signed documents with a seal, and understanding that then there is no one there to pick up and that then I don't need it, it doesn't matter at all. I have never met such a horror, the documents would have reached Minsk from Gomel in three days for three rubles by ordinary belpost or European post, but here the parcel went to the same Minsk for six days!!!!!

The most terrible company!!! I applied for the first time to give my husband the documents in the military unit. I came to the point of dispatch, we immediately discussed with the girl that it was necessary to leave the parcel at the checkpoint, because there was no way to receive a call from the courier (AND DELIVERY by COURIER), and there was no way to sit at the checkpoint and wait for the courier (military people would understand). The bill of lading contained EVERYTHING!!! specified. The parcel was delivered quickly, but was not left at the checkpoint because it had to be passed from hand to hand. And no matter how much I explain the situation, ZERO ATTENTION!!! Now I have to drive 800 km from Moscow to pick up a parcel at the pick-up point, take it to my husband, and drive back!!! IS THIS REALLY A SERVICE??? The INVOICE CLEARLY STATED WHERE AND HOW TO LEAVE THE PARCEL!!! Moreover, the courier hung up when she called him! AN UGLY ATTITUDE!!! Emotions are the most negative!!!

Disregard for customers and for doing their job of delivering parcels. For the second time, I encounter sdek against my will (it is with small letters - they are very short of handling large ones). Package (no. 15****7136 ) I arrived from Tomsk to Gomel as early as January 05, and from that moment until January 15, until I myself began to write to support, there were no movements to deliver the parcel. Well, except for two notifications in Viber about the delivery of an order to the courier and endless notifications in LC "the order has not been delivered, choose another delivery date." Only on January 15th!!! 10 days after the parcel was delivered to the city and two days before the end of the storage period, my question is "and where? And when?" in Whatsapp, in correspondence with a support girl, it turns out that they cannot deliver, since I have a Russian phone number (it turns out that in the 21st century, with a bunch of messengers, this is a problem). For this reason, they cannot contact me, although they are safely conducting an analysis of the situation with me in Whatsapp and have notified me twice in Viber to the same Russian phone number. Naturally, they corresponded with me from the position of "you're a fool", "you need to - you think", just as they called from a Moscow number - supposedly to help - and offered to sit at home all day waiting for a courier or quickly rush to their office on the last day of storage. Both options are so-so - they put me in front of the fact and the need to adjust to them. The conclusion suggests itself: for 10 days, no one cared that they couldn't deliver, and if I hadn't contacted them, no one would have responded anywhere. The payment was taken for the service - and adios! They only create the appearance of work - useless alerts in Viber, LC. Yes, it would be better to specify specifically there or there - how to deliver, how to contact?! And not to bring the issue of delivery to the point of absurdity, in which, as it seemed to me from successful experience working with other companies, there should be no such problems. Somehow they lose the understanding that they work and exist at the expense of customers who order and pay for the delivery service.

I have repeatedly had to send parcels to Russia. I will not say that the services of this organization are cheap, you could certainly try to find other organizations, did not bother and did not lose. SDEK fulfilled its obligations qualitatively. And by delivery time, right up to the door to the final recipient. The only inconvenience was that the goods from Gomel were picked up twice a week and went not directly to Moscow, but through Minsk. But that was 3 years ago. Maybe a lot has changed.The paperwork took 7 minutes. There were no queues. I liked it and recommend it

I looked at the site, the period is 3 days. As a result, today is the 3rd day the parcel is still in Minsk. A question! Why pay 2 times more if EMS mail delivers a parcel on the 3rd day 100% in the Republic of Belarus? I called the hotline, they replied that the delivery on the invoice is generally a week and the fact that your deadlines are on fire is your problem. Well, since this is my problem, then do not mislead people and write the exact dates on your website.

I used this service for the first time. On Thursday, September 30, a parcel was sent from Minsk to Gomel. At the dispatch stage, the emphasis was placed on the importance of delivery dates: Monday morning. The company assured that the parcel will be delivered to the specified address before lunch on October 4. I tracked the parcel by number - on October 2, on Saturday, the parcel was in Gomel at the pick-up point on the street. International, 11. I called back to this point, where I was told that the parcel was with the courier, Delivery from 10.00 to 15.00. My request to contact the courier in advance was not satisfied. They said wait! I'm waiting. There is no parcel, the courier is not calling. The phone in the office is not answering (I called more than 10 times). I contacted the departure point in Minsk. At least they talked to me politely, but they couldn't help me in any way. It's already 16.30. No one gets in touch. Even in a purely human way, no one called back. I'm having huge problems with this situation right now. And financial losses, including Very large ones. This is the worst service I've ever had to use. I am very indignant!

An hour later, they call the person who was supposed to receive the cargo and tell him the amounts are much higher than the amounts that were previously announced to me, I call them at the cantor to clarify what and why they miraculously changed weight and size I was personally sure of the size of the certified one, I wrote the dimensions according to the product manual, but in the end they got more, after asking me to ship the goods that I refuse to send it for such money, they told me that I should still pay the entire amount for delivery, even though the invoice was not yet entered into the database and the goods were not loaded,and the most interesting thing is that they tell me one amount and the person to whom I sent the parcel another amount, as a result, I had to call the main office in Minsk and deal with him there, the dispatcher girl was shocked and all this time she had to decide with her superiors after an hour of silence, she called back and said that the cargo could be picked up for 20p and not for the amount that was named at the Gomel office at Bogdan Khmelnitsky .I strongly do not recommend this cantor, a lot of time spent on travel and negotiations, as well as taking a weekend at your own expense
