I applied to the SDEC in Tashkent, I liked the service. The staff was polite and explained all the terms of delivery in detail. The office is conveniently located, and the design process seemed simple and straightforward. I've only consulted so far, but I've already made a good impression. I plan to use their services in the near future!

They do not deliver the order on time and do not warn about delays!
On December 20, 2024, the authorities sent the documents. - Almaty - Tashkent, upon receipt and payment, the deadline was 1 week. On December 25, when the parcel was called, it was still in Almaty, but the operator informed that it would be delivered by January 3, 2025.
Today, Tuesday, January 7, there is no parcel and I received a reply through the message that it will be sent after the weekend, or rather after January 12, 2025, taking into account transportation after January 20, 1 week turned into a month or more
The phone number indicated at the reception point on Taras Shevchenko St. is out of the access zone
No messages
No notifications
Just empty words through the call and upon submission that everything will be delivered within the deadline
Due to such delays, a business trip was disrupted at the beginning of the year. Yes, we understand CDEK is not the best company for this, but the deadlines and limits have been reported.
It's also somehow problematic to return the money - they don't give specific answers: at first they said that through an application and submission (I think it's not entirely profitable to fly from Tashkent to Almaty), now it turns out that it's somehow fast - but in fact there's nothing.
