Everything is fine, we used the delivery point only at this address. The staff is polite, there were no problems with sending and receiving the goods. The same cannot be said about other points of the SDEC, where it feels like employees themselves change and come up with new rules :)

On 03/12/2023, I sent a parcel to Nizhny Novgorod from the SDEK point at 3 Zheltoksan str., Astana to Nizhny Novgorod - 2 boxes of medicine for a Kindinorm child. All the requirements of the company were fulfilled by me: a certificate of conformity for the drug was provided, the packaging was made by an employee of the SDEK company at the point of departure. The girl closed the box, attached a certificate of conformity to the box, issued a receipt and took the parcel to the warehouse. To my question: why does the receipt in the product description not specify what and how much, but "medicines" are indicated, she replied: That's the way it's supposed to be. As a result, recipient b
received not 2 boxes of the drug, but only one. I ask you to figure out at what stage the packaging of the medicine disappeared, provide me with a video from the acceptance hall and compensate the recipient
for the undelivered product.

Lazy and sloppy! I sent an envelope with documents from Astana, he left the office, but he did not get to the warehouse right there in Astana, mysticism! I can't find any ends, and even went with the office staff where I sent them to the sorting warehouse, there's a picture like this: four people in the back room watching TV and one guy about 25 years old just came out to us and said that they had a lot of work and that there was no such envelope in the cell. He says he may have left empty bags because he was not shaken out and did not notice, but the staff does not have time to look for him. I suggested that I just look through the empty bags myself, but my request was refused. I mean, you know, they don't want to look for it themselves, and they refuse me in every possible way, as if they specifically don't want me to find it. By the way, cameras do not work in the warehouse, unlike in the office. Calls to the hotline do not give any result and they keep saying that we have updated your application and that's it, but it is not possible to contact the management in any way!
