The parcel was detained at customs. The employee misinformed and sent it to the Ararat customs, although, as it turned out, parcels from cdek need to go to the Western customs. As a result, I wasted a lot of time and the time for receiving the parcel was delayed!

Hello. I sent a gift to my mother for the new year in Yerevan! It should have been on the 29th already. Your employees at the warehouse in Yerevan do not care at all about the course. We received the cargo 3 days ago, but within 3 days we did not send it to the PVZ. Take action and know that such employees spoil the opinion of your company! I have been working with SDEK under the contract for several months now, but I have never been let down like this!! You do not have any phone number in the PVZ in Yerevan, you cannot contact them in any way and clarify the information. People can't get through in any way! Is it difficult to get one cheap phone? SDEK in Russia works like a clock. Everything is fine. But, in Yerevan, this is something bad. All employees there don't give a damn about anything. People receive a parcel from Moscow Time, arrives and stands outside the door in the PVZ for 5 days and it doesn't matter to anyone. No message for the recipient that the cargo has arrived and not a single call! Happy New Year 🎄 I hope that you will correct all the shortcomings and indifference in the new year, 2024!
