It's just a mockery, they took the cargo and personal belongings to Russia for delivery. Then they write that the cargo was delayed in the Cargo, because there were Arduino boards that I ordered from Wildberries from Russia without any problems, it is sold at every step. As a result, I have to go pick up the cargo myself, the phone does not allow this Cargo, they cannot pick it up themselves, 5000 drams back and forth by taxi, no one compensates me for this either. They also refuse to refund the 20,000 taken for delivery. They just stole time and money.
