The parcel was picked up 16 days ago, the parcel is displayed in Astana - Kazakhstan, but the line said that it is still in Moscow and they have a warehouse relocation. A critically disgusting transportation company!!!! In accordance with the offer agreement on their website, on the transportation of international goods, in paragraphs 2.1, 2.2 and 6.1, it is reported that if they have issued a bill of lading, assumed obligations for the carriage of goods, they undertake to deliver it. The cargo was traveling from Astana to Bishkek, the delay in Almaty was 28 days!!!!! As a customs broker, the company did not deign to provide any information on the reasons for the delay!!!!! After the visit, claims were made that, in their opinion, the electronic billboard was too expensive, and allegedly I could not use it to build my private house!!!!!!! When accepting the billboard for transportation, the manager in Astana did not ask for either the injection pump code or a photo of the cargo!!!! Accordingly, if the information was not abandoned, they were obliged to bring it on time!!!! Or at least notify about the problems with transportation. Neither one nor the other was done!!!!! Until I arrived and had a fight, the cargo was in place for almost a month!!!! If you want to receive your shipments on time, use other transportation companies!!!!!

Terrible service, on 09/27/2022, my wife sent me a laptop by express parcel through them from Krasnogorsk, MO to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, they promised to deliver it within 3 days. As a result, they did not deliver, they asked to wait 5 days, allegedly because of the loading of parcels. There is no parcel. Today 04.10.2022 the parcel was tracked, it left for Chelyabinsk. The hotline said that the managers allegedly made a mistake. Bravo to me for the work done!!!!!! As a result, they charged almost 2,300 rubles for the parcel. There is still no parcel. Because of them, I had to cancel my flights to wait for my laptop. It contains important work information for me. I asked them for compensation for violating the promised deadlines in response to silence. I strongly regretted that I turned to their company. It would be better via DHL.
