1. Couriers cheat and steal money. They can easily do this, because this desk does not know how to issue invoices in Caspi, and does not give terminals to couriers. Couriers name one amount, in fact it turns out to be another. In 2 out of 2 cases, that's exactly what happened. Each time the courier cheated on 50 thousand tenge
2. The staff does not care about you and your order. No one will help you, no one will be able to tell you where your cargo is, how much the delivery should actually cost, they will not provide a normal invoice. Everyone nods at each other, promises to sort it out and call back, in fact this does not happen. Alla "fed" me breakfast for 3 days and eventually stopped picking up the phone
