The staff is weak. I tried to call the point, but no one answered for several hours. After 6 hours, they called back, but it was no longer relevant. I do not recommend this item.

They can easily do this, because this desk does not know how to issue invoices in Caspi, and does not give terminals to couriers. Couriers name one amount, in fact it turns out to be another. In 2 out of 2 cases, that's exactly what happened. Each time the courier cheated on 50 thousand tenge 2. The staff does not care about you and your order. No one will help you, no one will be able to tell you where your cargo is, how much the delivery should actually cost, they will not provide a normal invoice. Everyone nods at each other, promises to sort it out and call back, in fact this does not happen. Alla "fed" me breakfast for 3 days and eventually stopped picking up the phone

It is convenient that you first enter one building and do all the paperwork, and in another building you receive a parcel. This way, people don't crowd around with huge boxes, since there's already so little space. The only thing that is repulsive is when you go to the warehouse itself to receive a parcel, all the boxes are piled on top of each other and you begin to doubt the integrity of the parcel 😅 (mine arrived intact😆)

There was an opportunity to send in another way, I hoped for them, I wasted two days. If you provide services, do so. If not, then write the time we do not know when we will be able to pick it up, and perhaps we will not be able to. I would have known that it would be like this, I would not have spent time on your sharashkin's office. As a result, the sender sent it himself via train, and it turned out cheaper and faster. And what else did I want? I wanted to place an order, I made it on the specified date and time! And moreover, it could be done through your own application! It did not indicate that you have a day off, a short day, diarrhea from the courier or what, and you did not even deign to inform that you suddenly decided to change the date. There are no words, only emotions.

I sent the cargo and then received it at this pick-up point. The girls are literate, but indifferent. There are great guys in the warehouse for acceptance and packaging. We did everything great and even helped a little, which we didn't have to do. The cargo arrived from Almaty to Moscow in 10 days, and back in 11. In complete safety. Compared to Kazpost and Russian Post on this route, the delivery speed is simply space.

I call myself - it turns out he was given an invoice, but they FORGOT to PUT the parcel. The working day is over, wait for Monday. But on Monday, no one remembered about it. No phone is answered, the website does not show which branch the parcel is in. There are recordings of conversations with couriers. Terrible service, ill-conceived logistics, the site needs to be improved, the question to the management IS DO YOU GENERALLY DEVELOP THE COMPANY?
