I wanted to send vitamins from the iHerb website to my retired mother in Russia. They did not accept me, they said that they needed a declaration for vitamins. What kind of stupidity is this? Am I selling this vitamin, and Sdek buys it from me? Vitamins in their original packaging, unopened, why provide a declaration? Has the courier company assumed the functions of a controlling organization???? This is the first time I have contacted this courier company, because the services there are very expensive, and I was very disappointed. But they are out of work, they have no clients and no one sends or receives parcels from them. apparently, they do not need clients, since such requirements are inadequate.
