The best department of the department and the best employees. Separately, I would like to thank Kristina for her warmth and comprehensive help and support. You don't know which box to choose / you filled out the documents incorrectly/there is a question about delivery / yes, even just a question about something detached - Kristina helped every time we were attacked by stupor, panic or misunderstanding. How many nerves are saved by an ordinary human "now we'll look at everything and figure it out." Some difficult deliveries (with the necessary certificates) or situations with "uh, I'll clarify what it's called for the inventory" were fun and without problems thanks to the staff. What can I say, even when the lights and electricity are turned off, the girls work at 10/10, a non–working printer is also not a hindrance to them - everything is processed and discounted electronically. Even if another department is closer to me on some day, I go here on principle. In addition to human kindness, I can note that it is in this department that they adequately know all the provisions for sending various things to other countries, in other offices it was constantly "but we do not know, but it seems impossible, no, we do not accept", and here they will clearly explain, if not, show the point of the rules, sympathize.) The room itself is bright, cozy, there is a waiting area – although the girls work very quickly, they rarely have to wait, mainly before the holidays there is a rush. I have sent parcels to the Russian Federation from this point many times. No queues, they will always prompt and help. I don't even use the mail anymore, after 2 lost parcels (you yourself have to look for what went wrong at what stage and where, because no one is interested in finding your shipment). Yes, Sdec is more expensive, but everything reaches the addressees
