I sent parcels through this point. The boxes contained personal items: clothes, writing materials, and all sorts of small things. I understand that I need to check what I'm sending, but going through my stuff right now is too much. It was unpleasant. Other times, they didn't rummage through things, just took a look. I think it's necessary to change the company's policy somehow, it's not normal to dig into someone else's underwear.

5 stars for good advice from an employee regarding compliance with laws - official and human. And for a good sense of humor. There is always an excellent staff at the pharmacy, who not only helps to pack parcels. I recommend this pick-up point, as well as the franchise in general.
