I sent parcels through this point. The boxes contained personal items: clothes, writing materials, and all sorts of small things. I understand that I need to check what I'm sending, but going through my stuff right now is too much. It was unpleasant. Other times, they didn't rummage through things, just took a look. I think it's necessary to change the company's policy somehow, it's not normal to dig into someone else's underwear.

The assessment is not specifically for the office, but for the SDEC as a whole, I drove 1500 km from the Russian Federation for 5 days, and then drove around Pavlodar for another 4 days, no SMS or any information about the cargo... The phone was not picked up in two days...I'm not happy with the delivery... ugh!
