I do not recommend this transport company. The package was delayed by two days, although a faster delivery was paid for. And the price is not small! The box arrived in terrible condition, all crumpled, as if it had been jumped on. Disgusting! I didn't hear any sympathy or apologies from the manager. She shoved the box with the words: this one has arrived. I understand that she didn't jump on it, but how could a representative of the company at least apologize? I gave two stars only for the fact that the parcel was not lost. The office at Kazakhstan 71 is stuffy and does not smell pleasant. I will not use this transport company anymore.
