You can go to the address, you can call by phone, specifying the city, and there they call the recipient and agree on the method of delivery or receipt ... Just keep in mind if there is no Russian translation on your things to be sent on packages (tea, sweets, any canned food, etc.), then such things are not accepted. This is the situation we found ourselves in when, after a trip to Thailand, we wanted to send Thai sweets, spices and coffee to our relatives, but they were not accepted.
