I tell the paperweight, she says, Lenin is depicted here, it may be a cultural value and heritage, and documents are needed to send it (a conclusion, they say, that is not a cultural value), I say: are you serious? Call the supervisor. She also looked at the paperweight and couldn't figure out what it was, and then agreed with her colleague that we wouldn't send it without a conclusion. That is, in the opinion of the employees of this branch of the SDEKA, all things of the USSR, and especially where Lenin is depicted, should be taken from a document in Minsk and concluded that this is not a cultural asset?? ))) of course, I was in the ah.))) Lenin is probably pleased that the communist system has been gone for 35 years and his business lives in Vitebsk. I took it to another department and sent it in 10 minutes without any problems)))

The cargo has been in the warehouse for two days, then the address was confused, then there were no couriers, then they gave the phone number of the courier who was supposed to arrive, so he also got rude on the phone and said that he would not go to my address and who promised him that anyway... As a result, the school albums of the entire class are unknown where and when they will be delivered, I will never contact the SDEC again!

I ordered a parcel through the Sdek company. A package arrived with a shortage of 6kg of the declared weight. They also replaced the packaging. There was obviously a theft. They refused to pay compensation. They do not understand at what stage and where the theft occurred , although CCTV cameras are installed everywhere. I do not recommend using the services of this company.

There is no connection with SDEK, I write at 09/11/2023 at 13:09 in the general chat about the cancellation of the order, I agree with another TC that they will pick up the documents on 12.09. 09/11/13 17:40 Do you finally answer and say that the order is canceled, but your courier arrives an hour later and takes the documents ? Are you out of your mind at all? What's the mess? As a result, the documents were lost.

For the fourth time, I thought there would be no problems, we moved to a different address, perhaps the owner of the Vitebsk office changed. I receive an SMS on 12/17/2019 and come to pick it up, they give me only one box out of two. The second one will probably arrive tomorrow, it happens, the girl says (I recognize SDEK). 12/18/2019 an SMS arrives, I call and ask, the answer is: we do not know where your 2nd box is, unfortunately, this happens, they are not in a bag and not all boxes can be loaded in Moscow)))Super office. Meanwhile, in the boxes there are goods for a large amount and official documents (contract, invoice ..) They say they will write a request, Moscow does not respond quickly to them...
