It's disgusting that the staff doesn't know anything, they can't answer where the documents are stuck. Stupidly look at the computer and answer that the documents that were supposed to arrive on 01.11.2022 and did not arrive until 11.11.2022 are on the way, where they do not know. I can look at the computer myself. Terrible company. I don't recommend anyone to contact her anymore. My order No. 1372302053 is unknown where to be and what about the documents?. If you do not want to incur losses like me due to lack of documents, never contact SDEK.
