Half of the parcel was pulled out at the point, how is this possible? Aren't you ashamed? I categorically do not recommend using the services of this desk, they will pull yours out of your own box packed with you and you will not be able to prove anything. If someone sends something through this point (for great need, of course), then take photos and videos of the entire process of registration and packaging of the parcel. Then it is very difficult to prove that it was pulled out here. SDEC will not help you in any way.

A friendly and sociable employee. I received a package here, everything is fine. Questions are only for the SDEC itself, for some reason, when sending, they do not allow you to specify your parcel value if there are no checks proving the value of the cargo. I would have no problem paying for the increased departure insurance.
