Never contact SDEK in Kostanay, the staff does not know anything and does not want to say anything intelligible. They do not know where the documents are stuck, they only repeat what the client himself sees on the computer. They do not want to work an ordinary fraud scheme for making money on alleged storage. The deadline for issuing documents was indicated by themselves on 11/11/2022, of course, other documents were prepared for these deadlines, the storage period expired on 11/19/2022, losses are calculated from 11/3/2022, but SDEK figures are only happy rubbing their hands in the hope of snatching money for storage.
