Look at the condition of my parcel! And this, by the way, is a gift that I wanted to pack. Due to the fact that the contents are irregular in shape, it is problematic to do this without a box. Not only did they ruin my box, they also refused to sell their own. I don't understand what the problem was, it's very customer-oriented. I hope that this was the last time I used the services of this company. I went sadly to look for a new box ((((

The SDEK order issuing department, where I recently picked up my cargo, left a very good impression on me! I do not know who is confused by the prices, as for me they are quite adequate for international delivery when it comes to a decent package weight.
