I have prepared and sent the documents to the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Armenia and the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, let's see what they say. I don't recommend it. It's better than DNL, a little more expensive, but it's better and more transparent.
