I used to work, constantly did not meet deadlines and most importantly on very important orders, stopped working with them, after a couple of years they called, they said that everything had been fixed for a long time, I believed-I made an application, whatever anyone thought, of course the parcel rode around Moscow for 6 days and was sent instead of by air, by land transport and not even in Almaty, and for some fig to Astana, but I'm in Almaty, the parcel is urgent, and sdek are the smartest, instead of informing the customer about some circumstances, they inform that the parcel will arrive, after my call and hassle, on January 31, sdek is sdek, nothing will change in them, I give up and recommend that they send only goods that are not urgent, because they do not care about your cargo and the urgency of departure, but it is better not to send. Удобно что находится близко к проспекту Абая, но неудобен сам подход к отделению. Лестница и высокое крыльцо оборудованные пандусами. Внутри отделение небольшое, это квартира переделанная под офис. Работают два парня менеджеры, не сильно расторопные. Очень нравилось как работала менеджер Маржан, но к сожалению она больше не обслуживает клиентов.
