I had the balcony glass made, the wheels of the windows are loose, the windows do not open. i've been having the same problem for 1 year, they've been getting over it constantly, the company officials don't pick up the phones anymore. The company has not been contacted in any way during this process. As we use the glasses, we detect new labor problems. 1_ There are thick burrs caused by cutting in the aluminum channels where the wheels on the glass move, these burrs have broken the plastic wheels, and also the wheels are loosening due to difficulty and the windows are not working. 2_ Aluminum case and poles are mounted with screws.Nov.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2. But because these screws were not fully tightened, they remained on the outside, and when we closed the window, these screws hit the heads, causing fractures in the windows.
