I placed an order through the delivery service, and after an hour they still hadn't started cooking. I wrote to Yandex support.food — they couldn't get in touch with them. I tried to call myself, but the number was not specified, and I couldn't get through. I wrote to Whatsapp, it turned out that the actual work schedule does not correspond to what they indicated everywhere, so they simply ignore all morning orders from deliveries. After my message, the work schedule has not been changed to correspond to reality. I re-ordered it. They didn't apologize, and they didn't offer a discount. The courier reached them and wrote to me that the order was still not ready, as something had broken in the kitchen. That is, I learned this purely from the courier, the institution itself ignores it. I stopped going to the cafe itself after the waiter accused us of trying to escape without paying when we went out for a smoke, leaving all our belongings and equipment inside at the table. Now I won't order delivery either.
