The hotel is large, overall everything is clean There are no questions about the cuisine , the food is varied, lots of fruits and seafood , the meat is always different , the staff is friendly , everything is great at the bar , the cocktails are even good , there is Olmec tequila, chivas, sparkling brut , martinis ( these are not from the local). Big questions about the room stock . We lived on the territory of the villas, house 408 ( where the largest pool is) We stopped by and on the first evening we found : - the air conditioner turns off and blows warm - the TV's batteries are dead - the refrigerator does not cool - the shower is broken - the curtains are not blackout and do not cover the entire window , and since the sides are sunny , it is impossible to sleep in the heat . I asked the reception staff to help me with something , they came , twisted something and said tomorrow . "Tomorrow" I spent the whole day trying to resolve this issue both through the tour operator and through the reception, all in vain. On the third day of rest, I realized that I was just spoiling my vacation and decided to put up with it . They also refused to relocate us , because according to the guys at the reception , there are no available rooms . Otherwise, the hotel is not bad , a solid four . We were on both beaches - of course I liked the new one more ( in the photo ) There were practically no vacationers with children . There were about 80 Russian speakers.%

I didn't find any disadvantages. I really liked the hotel. The food is beyond praise, there are plenty of sun beds on the beach, the sea is clean. The staff was very helpful, and my room was very clean.

One disadvantage. It's a very long way to paddle to the sea from the garden, and in the main building it's very noisy in the evening if the windows overlook the pool.
