We are currently relaxing at the hotel, before booking we read the reviews on another review and it's a pity that no one wrote that the sea across the street is dirty, there is no embankment, you can not swim and we bought the Instagram pictures by the pool. The pool is really nice with beautiful sea views. That's where the advantages ended. 1. The territory is large and green, but it is dark at night, the lighting is weak, and some of the lanterns are not working. 2. There is no water in the pool bar, there is no coffee machine. 3. The food is national, almost everything is spicy and not tasty. The only European breakfast menu is scrambled eggs. There is no cottage cheese, porridge, yogurt. For breakfast, the coffee is only Americano from the vending machine. 4. There is no soap in the toilet and shower by the pool, they wrote in the chat, but there is still no soap. 5. Mango shake is milk with ice and syrup. 6. When the hotel was half empty, we waited almost two hours for check-in. 7. We give one star for the room - cozy, clean and sea view from the pool. We will not return, we do not recommend it, 8 hours of flight and 4 hours by bus are not worth a trip to this hotel.

The hotel is really 5. Everything is great, the food, the pool, the rooms, the hotel is huge, there are villas on the territory, each has its own garden, pools, slides. They deliver it by car from the reception. But there is no private beach and no access to the sea. There is a public one , but I must say it 's a bit dirty . It's not close to the center of civilization either, you have to take a taxi. But the hotel itself is gorgeous

Very different impressions of the hotel. 1. We were offered to change the room to a villa with an ind for an additional fee.by the pool. This room is very cool. One disadvantage is that two large TVs are useless without Russian channels. 2. The territory is huge. If your house is far from the center, you will always have to ride golf carts. You can call them through the app. They usually arrive in 10 minutes. 3. There is NO sea near the hotel. Absolutely! The coastline is rolled in concrete and richly strewn with debris. Swimming there is impossible even theoretically. The nearest beach that we found is half an hour away by taxi. Urban. Sun beds on it are paid. It's near the Anantara Hotel. 4. The food is 95% local cuisine. There are delicious dishes, but we were not able to eat everything. Breakfast is a buffet. Lunch and dinner according to the menu. The menu itself is very modest. A child can choose only one dish from the children's section. The drinks are very so-so. You can only drink beer and cocktails, which are of very questionable quality. 5. Room service is very good. 6. There is no service in bars and restaurants. You will go for all the drinks yourself. In bars, you will have to persevere to be noticed, and then bring what you asked for. 7. There is no animation. Every evening, one girl sings the same songs very badly with two guys with a guitar and drums, and during the breaks another couple shows two numbers - one with LED sticks, the second with fire. It's the same thing every night. 8. Upon check-in, you sign an agreement that you do not bring food and drinks from the street to the hotel. For each violation, a fine of 1 million DONG is imposed.

A beautiful hotel with a well-maintained territory, high quality service and THAT's IT! There is no sea nearby, paid beaches take 10 minutes by taxi. Everything is on - everything is off! Only the breakfasts are good, lunch and dinner are a choice from a menu with nothing to choose from...on the third day, we just didn't go anymore) One pool bar, very good cocktails...But there's only one bar! The location is unfortunate. And construction, construction, construction....The hotel is not 5 stars! But if you don't have to adjust yourself to the positive, then it will go....

A good hotel is located on a steep hill. Electric vehicles are delivered to the rooms. There are no problems with them. On the territory of the fire-observation tower adds charm. The staff is wonderful. I was upset that they had just paid for breakfast and dinner, but it turned out on the spot that they did not have dinners and instead of dinner they offered lunch.
