We have already stayed at the hotel twice. I like its location: 5 minutes to the sea, even less to the night markets, near the Alcazar show. It is focused more on guests from India (food in the restaurant). There are a lot of them, quite noisy. The breakfasts were generally fine with us, there are fruits, pastries, but a lot of spicy dishes. The rooms are quite spacious. We had a two-room suite, each room has its own bathroom, access to the balcony. Cleaning is daily, not perfect, but tolerable. The air conditioners were working, and there were no interruptions to the water supply. Pool towels near the pool itself. Beach towels can be taken at the exit of the hotel. You can arrange a transfer to Bangkok Airport.

Super hotel, we really liked it, it was the first time. The location is super, near the market, Alcazar show, promenade, massage, bars and cafes, everything is really within walking distance. Special thanks to the staff, everyone was helpful and smiling. A gorgeous pool where you can drink cocktails. Everything is clean, the rooms are well maintained. In general, we were very satisfied and we will be happy to return! In general, Pattaya is a super place where there is a vacation for every taste and budget and the people there are wonderful!

We had a rest in December 2024. The location is great! Everything is nearby - massages, cafes, fruit markets. The territory is excellent, lots of greenery, an artificial river with a current, swimming pools. There are not enough sun beds right now, there are a lot of people, at other times there are enough. The club room has been renovated, but it has not been thought out, it is very small, there is no closet for things, or rather, there is a small niche instead, neither to hang things, nor to put them in drawers. There is no lamp above the bed for reading, but it is above the bedside table, why?! There's a bathtub in the bathroom, you can't get through it, I wonder if anyone in Thailand uses it on vacation? There is no lighting in the bathroom, there is no conditioner for hair, keep in mind, after shampooing, hair is like a nightmare, you can't comb it. The body cream is smelly, not used. The food at breakfast is excellent.

Pros: the hotel is centrally located, easy to get to, pleasant and helpful staff, relatively good breakfasts and cleaning, good beds (we had a family room). Cons: very small pool, huge cockroaches running around, mold in the shower, very noisy air conditioning.

At first we turned a blind eye to the fact that the room was in bad shape. Everything was old, repaired ten times. They cleaned poorly, and there was almost always sand on the floor. The towels are old, have not been changed. There were no dressing gowns. For that kind of money, we were in much better conditions. But I repeat, they turned a blind eye to this until now, until the whole impression was spoiled by the receptionist at the reception with the name Nott, he said that we used the bar and that there should be three bottles of water in the bar, not two, although we did not use the bar at all. And he demanded payment from us. They bought water nearby in a store. And when checking in, there were 2 bottles. Conclusion: we will not come here anymore. There was no Russian-speaking staff, but it is quite possible to convey what you need in English. The breakfasts are boring, monotonous, more like Indian cuisine. The only advantage of the hotel is its location.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The market, cafes, shops are all nearby. The hotel itself has been in need of renovation for a long time. Everything is very old, worn out. Breakfasts are designed for Indians (there are a lot of them here). The pool is small and dirty.

A good hotel with a convenient location. Within walking distance of tuk-tuki, Sevan-Levan. The deposit is 1 thousand baht, it was returned without problems upon eviction. Cleaning every day. Two bottles of water, tea and coffee every day. A good breakfast is European and for Hindus. The pool is small. We ordered through the Island.
