A lovely and very nice hotel, spotlessly clean and pleasant. Helpful staff are everywhere, apparently that's how they do it here. The water in the room, the breakfasts are wonderful, the cleaning is done quietly and unnoticeably. An interesting recreation area with fountains and a Christmas tree in lights (waiting for NG) The location is good. There's a night market and shopping malls, everything is as it should be. I advise you to choose this hotel.

A chic hotel, with snow-white bed linen, the room is perfectly clean, even for perfectionists like me, you just can't get to the bottom of it, the bed is perfectly soft. Breakfast is 5+++ for every taste. Amidst the bustling Bangkok, this is a place of peace and relaxation. Well, the view from the hotel is simply incomparable.

The hotel couldn't be worse. Starting from the rooms. Small size. Quite small. A small bathroom. It's not very clean. A huge number of noisy hotel guests are Hindus (the hotel is located in the area of residence of the Indian diaspora). Outright dirt near (around) the hotel. The hotel staff is unfriendly and works unprofessionally. Moreover, the receptionist tried to blatantly cheat when ordering a taxi. We have stayed in hotels of this chain many times over the years. I'm not considering this option right now. And I strongly do not recommend it. At least this hotel in Bangkok is for sure! The only plus is breakfast. A good assortment and delicious. With good service. But even this does not change the overall negative impression.
