When I presented him with a claim and asked for a refund for an incorrect consultation, he began to justify that this was not a law, but a practice... Although he assured me in his office that the law exists , it should be noted that this consultant charged me 50,000 tenge. with the same question, I called a similar agency in the same area, and the girl consulted (as it turned out correctly later) me on the phone absolutely for free
