I do not recommend contacting this company.
I made an order for addressees, sent a photo of the sample, and received an answer that they could do such things.
Not only was it difficult to get through (no one picked it up), but the deadlines were delayed (the order was accepted on December 12, it was completed on December 23)
, the husband took the order, no one provided him with a check, they just received cash and advised them to polish the products they had cut with some paste themselves.
I called the company and asked if they could redo the TK that was given or refund the funds. To which they replied that they did not return the funds, but could not redo them (smooth the ends of the product as in the photo provided by me).
