Неплохое турагентство. Настенька плохо отрабатывает и многое не говорит (а может быть и не знает). Директор преданный своему делу и если он посоветует отель, то нужно соглашаться. Ни одного раза не было осечки! А ездили через это агенство много раз. Респект! Директору))))
