And the result was a porridge of mashed potatoes with a dough in the form of snot. My wife wrote them an Instagram in direct, and in response, they completely ignored it. I had to write a comment, and then she was blocked. They don't appreciate customers and negative comments. Instead of just apologizing and admitting a mistake, they just block it.
