I had a rest at this hotel recently. I really liked everything. We cleaned every day, the breakfasts are good, there is tea, coffee, water, hygiene products in the room. The staff is helpful. They are very kind people. They'll help you, they'll come with you, they'll explain. The pool is beyond praise, the Jacuzzi is super. My room had a view of the pool. They changed the water at night. The cleanest pool. Thais are very nice people. They are kind, they smile, they say thank you for everything. I really liked the hotel guide Albina from Biblio-globus. Thank you very much. I'll come back to you. The sea is clean nearby, but the passage is difficult. A tuk-tuk is not really needed. A good gym. There is a spa, but it is expensive. I'll give you five. But the passage to the beach needs to be filled in or cleaned. I'll attach a photo. Please don't be offended.

Good afternoon to all who read this review. Let's start walking around the hotel. • The most important disadvantage is the location. It's not exactly comfortable either. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea along the road where there are no pedestrian zones (fortunately, a free shuttle service takes you to the beach every hour). • One equally important point, in front of this hotel, there is another hotel that has a height of 30-40 floors and therefore the sun in our hotel starts from about 9:30 to 14:00 and that's it. There's a lot of shade further on, so you won't really be able to sunbathe at the hotel. • Due to the loss of the photo that is displayed as the main picture, unfortunately or fortunately it does not match already, there is a lot of greenery and for someone it will be beautiful and cozy on the contrary, for someone it will be an extra shadow… • Breakfast (buffet style). In principle, it's the same, some went in, some didn't. But there is also pasta for children for the second course sometimes, rice and the like are always available. There are always 4 fruits, lychee, pineapple, watermelon and something else. • The staff is nice, kind and helpful. • It's certainly not exactly posh for children there. Now let's go through the numbers. We were initially accommodated in the 5th building. I understand that Thais are a people who don't sweat, but unfortunately there is a lot of mold in the bathroom in the rooms (unfortunately, this was critical for me, since my wife is clean). I immediately paid extra money and moved with my wife and child to a room in a higher class (building 3, room 3113). At first, I was upset that it was on the ground floor and on the corner, but in principle, my wife liked it. There is a bathroom and a shower (the bathroom is very large), the room is also large, the bed is huge (but I asked and paid extra for a separate bed, which unfortunately was not provided) In general, the hotel is exactly 4 * no more. And by the way, if you want to pay extra for a Swedish lunch, then 895 Baht for 1 person is very expensive.…

We stayed at this hotel in March 2025, and we really enjoyed everything. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, a gorgeous large swimming pool, delicious and varied breakfasts, there was always something to choose from, friendly staff, constantly made the bed, changed towels, good air conditioning. The only small disadvantage is that there is no private beach, you had to take a free bus or taxi, but considering all the advantages of this hotel, you turn a blind eye to it, especially since few people swim on the beaches of Pattaya, everyone goes to the islands. The hotel is for those who want to hang out on Volkin, and then return to their quiet cozy hotel) It was very sad to leave)) I recommend it!
