An interesting place for those who like pilaf. There is a huge amount of it here, for every taste. I really liked the cooking process and the overall kitchen where the pilaf was prepared. It was the first time I saw such huge cauldrons.😁 I definitely recommend visiting this place for those who are visiting Tashkent for the first time!

in short, a gastronomic feast, we tried different pilaf, everything is gorgeous, if you were in Tashkent and did not visit Besh Qozon, you did not try Uzbek pilaf, it is gorgeous, full-bodied, portions like in all of Uzbekistan are "orphan" =), and when you come to lunch you will have to look for a table or wait until you are free, But it's worth it.

I've always wanted to visit here! Ordered: teahouse pilaf - excellent, lots of different additives Wedding is a little fat for me. Tomato salad - delicious and juicy Samsa - you can't forget it, ask for sauce with it.

It's a great place. The most delicious pilaf in the world is prepared here. Friendly staff, convenient location and of course the pilaf itself. If you want to see the largest cauldron in the world, then go here. A trip to Uzbekistan without visiting a pilaf center would be incomplete. 😃👍

In all of Uzbekistan, without exception, the most delicious pilaf. But this is marketing, this is the hyped and famous "Pilaf Center". It's worth visiting here at least once, to look at this beauty, to try several different types of pilaf, if you find at least one empty chair. The photos were taken during Eid (a very hard fast), like when you can't eat during the day, but even then everything is busy And on a normal day, and even at lunch, it's better not to come here. It's a good pilaf, but I repeat it's not unique, it's delicious everywhere, even at the bus stop - you see pilaf/shish kebab/ samsa being prepared - feel free to eat Greetings from Eugene to all

An iconic place! Delicious pilaf. It is interesting to see how pilaf is cooked in huge cauldrons and tortillas are baked. It is better to arrive around 11 in order to have time to try the second type of pilaf. You can take it with you, but you need to have your own dishes. Many locals come here for pilaf

A place of worship, as I understand it. It looks like a large decent dining room, but the specifics are in cooking in huge ovens like tandoor, and there are a lot of them here, you can approach them and watch the cooking process. It's interesting to visit for sure. The pilaf is good and fresh. The prices are good.

Fast service, there is a choice among pilaf, the price is adequate. I was pleased with the pilaf, it was very tasty, the price is adequate, about 45,000 soums, the portion is not small, you definitely will not stay hungry. As in all cafes/ restaurants in Uzbekistan, the service is immediately included in the bill, a local feature that the waiter rarely warns about.

Cozy delicious pilaf, lots of tourists are a wonderful place to visit. And if you come to Tashkent, you should definitely visit there, this is advice for visitors. The only thing is that the price of pilaf is too high, but you turn a blind eye to it. The pilaf is excellent. 👍

In general, it is delicious, but due to the great popularity among tourists, there are a lot of people, and the cafe area is huge, and, accordingly, the waiter and the order can be waited for a very long time. In general, I advise you at least to see the pilaf cooking process in large cauldrons, but if you don't like crowds of people or you don't have much time, then it's better to choose another place.

There is a large cafe with a huge number of seats, which offers several types of pilaf (about 6-8 types), except for it there is nothing else from the main dishes, only accompanying dishes such as the famous Uzbek salad Achichuk, tortillas, tea, soft drinks, fruits (limited in choice) and other small things. At the same time, with a large crowd of people who want to taste pilaf, there is no shortage of customers, of the big disadvantages it is very difficult to find free places, if something is released, then new people are immediately available, you can say they walk right over their hearts and look for free places, and this despite the fact that on a weekday afternoon, there are many willing local and visiting tourists. It was very much advertised, but at the same time there was only one pilaf with mutton, which was just ordered, but surprisingly, either the waiter confused it or brought it, or mutton was not available for this type of pilaf, but it definitely tasted like beef, and far from mutton. At the same time, the waiter takes his legal tip of 20% without being responsible for his recommendations. Of course, you can come up and order the dishes at the checkout yourself, if you know the names and what you want, and then where to pick up the food for you)). The prices for pilaf and other things are quite humane, we were pleasantly pleased, this is one of the advantages. They cook in huge open cauldrons, and there are several of them, you can come up and take a picture of the cooking process. There is a branded wall with colorful dishes, against which many willing tourists tend to take pictures as a souvenir, and there are queues here too)) And the toilet is paid, despite the fact that you came to a cafe and you spend money here, but this is a separate line of business)))

Atmospheric. You need to arrive earlier so that you can see the pilaf cooking. There are three types of pilaf: Teahouse, Tashkent and Wedding. I liked the last option better. Since the first one is very fatty and tastes like mutton, the second one is not greasy and tasteless, but rather bland, but the third baguette has different tastes, crumbly, sweet, and has a twist. Extras are served (they need to be ordered and it's for a fee)

A great place to explore the cuisine of Uzbekistan. The locals will probably say that pilaf is not the most delicious here in Tashkent. But for a tourist, the combination of taste and immersion in the local atmosphere is one of the best places. Be sure to go see the very Cauldrons after which the institution is named :) The scope is impressive!

The center of Pilaf is a very unusual place for us tourists, BUT I strongly advise you to visit. Being in Tashkent and not visiting this institution is bad and not right. First, go in and see how the pilaf is prepared, evaluate this scale. Well, then go into the hall and look for an empty seat, as the attendance at this institution is simply off the charts. After you sit down, the waiter will appear, tell you about the delicious pilaf and recommend what else to take with it. I tasted the "festive pilaf", sooooo delicious. I advise you to order tea with Uzbek lemon before eating pilaf and take a couple of sips, so that your stomach can digest fatty food more easily later. This place is a MUST-visit!!!👍

One of the most visited places by tourists and locals. It is focused on pilaf. The pilaf is wonderful, several varieties of pilaf are prepared. A lot of people visit this place. Due to the influx of visitors, the waiter sometimes needs to wait a long time to pay attention to you and take the order. It is better to order immediately, it will be difficult to re-order, because of the above reason.

A minute later, pilaf and samsa were served, and tea and drinks were served 5 minutes later. The table was set very quickly and with lightning speed. A cozy room in the former wedding palace. Quite modern menus via QR. If you order something extra, ask for it to be shared. It is better to wash your hands immediately at the entrance.

Well, what can I say about the pilaf center? This place is definitely worth a visit. Even if you won't eat it. But when you see the cauldrons where it is cooked, you will definitely want to try it. Pilaf is cooked in one part, in several cauldrons of different sizes. You can go there and see how it is prepared. Pay immediately at the checkout . Samsa is baked right there. I also advise you to try it, it's very tasty. You can eat outside under a canopy or in an air-conditioned room where you can also buy salads and drinks. Well, take the instruments. You can just sit at the table and order from the waiter. But there are few of them and it's easier, and it's more fun to just go and see how they put pilaf in your dish. In general, if you have a point to taste pilaf in Tashkent, then you should go here. Fortunately, taxis are not expensive.

An amazing place to see how pilaf, samsa, tortillas are prepared and finally try it all. The pilaf is very tasty, of various types, the dolma is tender. The ordered dishes arrive within a few minutes. But you have to come either before the influx of tourist groups, at 11 or 12, or after that, after 15.

It is a popular place among both locals and tourists. Not far from the TV tower. There is an opportunity to see firsthand how pilaf is prepared: meat is butchered in an open area, vegetables are chopped and pilaf is stirred in huge vats. It is better to arrive before lunch, otherwise you may not get the pilaf. They start cooking in the morning and sell pilaf by lunch. The portions are large, the pilaf is delicious. There are several types. You can sit on the veranda or indoors. I definitely recommend you to visit.

Tourists are brought here by buses, about 10 pieces were standing by the side of the road. We got here because we lived in a hotel nearby. The place itself is a hangar where pilaf is cooked in huge cauldrons. Here, people near the cauldrons are crowding in long lines, waiters are scurrying with huge trays almost on their heads, it's not crowded, in general. And how is it acceptable for the distribution to be from the cauldron directly into the crowd of people. And people with plates of pilaf walk through the crowd to the street under a canopy (it's 34C in this heat), there is a service room further away, again there are not enough empty tables, there is also a crowd and no organization. People are literally standing over your head, waiting for a table to be available. The pilaf itself turned out to be too fatty, the rice floats in oil in a cauldron, there is very little meat and ground to fibers, a lot of chickpeas (I do not like it), the portions are small, and overall I have unpleasant impressions. If you don't want to spoil your appetite and lose any desire to eat this dish for about a year, don't come here. In any other place, pilaf will be no worse, but even better.

We recently visited Uzbekistan and everyone recommended this particular institution, well, we have never regretted it! The pilaf in this restaurant is just a bomb! The rice is crumbly and fragrant. Spices in moderation, give a rich taste and aroma. Along with the meat, they serve it like a tongue, but it's still an amateur, they didn't eat it. But I can't say that this is a significant drawback. This didn't make the pilaf any less delicious. The pilaf was served hot, and it looked very appetizing. They also serve mini samsa, they ate everything with both cheeks! Incredibly delicious! It was so delicious that we ate pilaf for two days in a row and never wished for it.

Well, it's a legendary place, which was recommended by EVERY taxi driver in Tashkent (they get paid for it, or something). I know my habit of writing a lot at once Spoiler alert: The pilaf is delicious. And now how I love… The place occupies a large area, but there are a lot of people! However, if you stick around a bit, you can find a place, well, or something will be released. The service takes place at the tables, there is no need to go for food yourself, the waiter will take the order and bring it, but you will have to go for payment. But get to the point. The choice of dishes is not great, it comes down to several types of pilaf, salads, flatbread and a drink (cola, compote). Pilaf is traditionally served in large portions. If you are a tourist and have recently set foot on the hospitable land of Uzbekistan, then you can safely take one serving for two (we did this in the first days, and after a week of staying there, we trained and switched to a separate portion for each💪) The additives to pilaf are predictable: meat, quail eggs (I don't really understand why they are added to pilaf, but who am I to talk about it), horse meat sausage and it seems that's it. Maybe you'll be lucky and the waiter will know a little Russian, then it's generally super convenient. Generally, the institution is normal. I won't say that I was able to identify that there was something special about pilaf, it was equally perfect everywhere we tried, but the atmosphere of "everyone needs to come here" covers and beckons) The price is the same everywhere. In the region of 250-300₽ per serving.

Friendly staff. The Schumacher waiters 👌🏽 There are a lot of seats . Pilaf for every taste , we ordered a festive one for 4 . It is difficult to satisfy the taste qualities of Ferghana gourmets. For tourists, for sure, wow. By the way, there are a lot of tourists, as well as local visitors. The institution itself is very popular , the attendance is cosmic , in this regard , the norm for cleanliness is lame , they do not physically have time , but this is purely my excuse . For fastidious people like me , it 's a one - time trip , but we will order for delivery . The establishment has a shop with national souvenirs and clothes. Parking is spacious ✅

There are no advantages from the word at all. It's a very popular place for tourists, and the flow is large. We ordered 2 pilafs and a fresh vegetable salad. Pilaf is the most tasteless pilaf in Uzbekistan. There was almost no meat, there was a large lamb bone with a small amount of meat, a couple of meat with veins. The pilaf was already cold. Lettuce is even worse - it needs to be thrown in the trash, it was in the refrigerator for probably a day, cucumbers are already half soft, tomatoes have already changed color (the photo does not convey this). And the portion is very small. The toilet is paid for.

It is located next to the Tashkent TV Tower and the Shahidlar Khieboni Park, in Yunusabad district. There are several such centers in Tashkent, but this one is the largest. 4 tons of pilaf are sold here per day. Wood-fired and gas-fired stoves. You can watch the cooking of pilaf, as everything happens at the main entrance to the institution. Three types of pilaf are prepared: festive pilaf with olive oil, festive Tashkent and teahouse pilaf. There are salads on the menu, as well as various additives, which, if you add them to the order, are placed in a plate with pilaf. These are quail and chicken eggs, kazy, dolma. The service is friendly, the prices are reasonable. There are many tables, there is a second level. I've been here at different times and there was always an empty table. If this is your first time in Tashkent and you have not yet decided where "that real pilaf" is, then this place is quite suitable for the first tasting and will become the starting point of a gastronomic journey in the expanses of national Uzbek cuisine.
