A mecca for all pilaf lovers! The first time we were here in the evening, we thought that everything would be closed already: but no, there were a lot of visitors, as well as enough pilaf for everyone. The cauldrons are impressive in their size! The second time we specially came here in the morning to watch the pilaf cooking process. This is a separate entertainment for tourists. It's very clean here, the workers do their job very smoothly, and the fragrance!!! We tried the Wedding pilaf, achichuk (it's perfect for the dish) and a fresh flatbread, fresh from the oven! Place TOP 👍

An interesting place. In addition to the fact that you can have an inexpensive and delicious snack, you can also observe the process of making pilaf. There are halls both outdoors and indoors. It is also possible to order delivery.

The difference is the place! Very high-calorie! You can watch how pilaf is prepared and it's delicious!) Just keep in mind, there's nothing on the menu except pilaf) An important addition, the place is VERY popular, so I try not to come at lunch, come before 12, it's too early for lunch, but it will be easy to take pictures against the background of the cauldrons with a diameter of 3 meters))

My review of Besh Qozon in Tashkent: pilaf saves, but the service kills I went to Besh Qozon hoping for authentic Uzbek pilaf, and that's what happened. Cons: — The menu? What's the menu? No QR codes, no list of dishes. The waiter muttered something about "wedding" and "tea house" pilaf, but in the end I ordered at random. I felt like I was taking an oral cooking exam. — The service is a silent horror. They forgot to bring drinks, they asked for the order three times, and when they asked for the bill, they waited 20 minutes. The staff seemed to be playing hide-and-seek: either they are not there, or they are busy talking to each other. Plus: — The pilaf is really good. I ordered a classic one — the meat melted in my mouth, the rice was fragrant, and the carrots were sweet. The portion is large, full to the brim. It's a pity that the impression was ruined by the service. Result: If you are ready to endure chaos for the sake of delicious pilaf, it's worth visiting. But take a reserve of patience with you and do not wait for the restaurant's service level. Personally, I'll probably come back just for the food... or if I learn to order food telepathically. 🥄🔥 PS Tip: take only classic pilaf and immediately check if drinks are included in the bill. And yes, stock up on water so you don't have to wait for the waiters!

The establishment is well promoted. That's why everyone tends to come here to eat pilaf. In fact, the kitchen is ordinary, without "chips". We ordered 3 types of pilaf, the last one, Samarkand, was brought later than the others, apparently the leftovers were collected, there was no meat in it... The waiters are not particularly courteous, apparently tired of the influx of customers. The paid toilet finally finished off the impression: a catering establishment should not make its toilets paid.

One of the best places with varieties of pilaf! Pilaf from wedding to teahouse! The service is excellent! The staff are responsive, although sometimes a little slow, but in general, the taste of pilaf allows you not to pay attention to it! Convenient location! There is a private parking area! I recommend visiting at least once to feel the flavor of Oriental cuisine!!!

It's just that the food is very tasty, we got to the wedding pilaf. Insanely tasty and satisfying) The main thing is to make it to 11 o'clock, the pilaf is quickly disassembled. You can go to the checkout yourself and pay, you don't have to order through the waiters.

We were passing through Tashkent, we came from Russia and decided to visit this place, since there was little time, we looked at the TV tower and there was a pilaf center nearby. But, to our great regret, on Friday, the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Fitr, this place was closed. How is it? So many people came to visit this place and it was such a disappointment. Very sorry.

The atmosphere is cool. There are so many cauldrons with pilaf, different pilaf (Samarkand, Bukhara, etc.). There are also tandoori where you can also watch the cooking of tortillas. The aroma is indescribable and very tasty. In general, the atmosphere is pleasant, salivating))) Something concerns the cafe, there are a lot of people, you can stand in line, but the tables are quickly cleared and you do not have to wait long, also with orders, the guys work quickly (one takes the order, others carry it). But there is no cleanliness, i.e. get ready this is not a restaurant! Tables are wiped quickly, there are streaks, or even not only them. And also with dishes and cutlery.

The pilaf is delicious and greasy. The portions are large, if you are not very hungry, you can take 1 person for two.Approximately 2000tg per serving. The waiters are great, they work fast. I just couldn't find the toilet, and there was a pay-per-view outside, but I didn't have any change. I didn't understand this moment. There are a lot of people at lunch, you can sit inside and outside. There is a TV tower behind the cafe, and everything is there too.

This picturesque place is a MUST-visit for all guests of the city. Here you can try all kinds of pilaf (if your stomach can stand it). The kitchen is great, the food is delicious, the waiters are nimble, the atmosphere is pleasant. Only here you can see firsthand the whole process of cooking pilaf in the largest cauldron in Tashkent and baking tortillas. By the way, we ate the most delicious tortillas in the city here. One of the features can be noted - increased noise due to the huge number of people.who visits this place and does not have a well-maintained toilet.

This place is the first place to eat pilaf according to the most laudatory reviews. And if you want to eat the most delicious pilaf, visit Besh Kozon!! As the locals say, the pilaf is prepared by noon and after 15 hours it is gone)) but! I managed to taste an incredibly delicious, juicy pilaf with the softest beef!! This is some kind of gatronomic miracle - it's impossible to convey the taste - you just have to eat it!! Pilaf is made from mutton and beef, in addition to pilaf, you can order other dishes - manti, samsa, salads, etc. The restaurant is simply huge (I counted 250 tables for 4 people), a large outdoor veranda, and an efficient young staff. The photo of the empty cauldron is exactly the cauldron (3 tons!!, the largest in the kitchen), which was already emptied by 2 p.m.

We were in the center of Pilaf today at around 2 p.m. They took Samarkand and Special. Both are very tasty! The pilaf is a special diet, not greasy, the lamb is tender, juicy, the rice is delicious, perfect. Even our fastidious child (he is not a fan of pilaf) ate the whole portion with pleasure. The service is good, we were satisfied with everything. You can watch how pilaf is cooked in large cauldrons, I really liked everything, I definitely recommend it.

The pilaf is excellent, no doubt. Vegetables, flatbread - everything is delicious. The meat here is the most delicious and soft. Basically, rubber is everywhere. The portions of vegetables are a little small, but the portions of pilaf are unrealistic. In the photo, 1/2 portion of Tashkent wedding pilaf

This is the epicenter of pilaf in the world. It is located in Tashkent next to the TV tower. It's just an anthill of people who want to eat pilaf. There are several types of pilaf. Everyone will find pilaf to their liking. The passability of people is simply unreal. With such a passability, there can be no poor quality. I ate Samarkand and wedding pilaf. I liked Samarkand more. Also here you can see the process of making pilaf. There's a whole huge hall with a lot of cauldrons. There is a tsar kazan in the center. It seems to me that this kitchen can feed an entire city with pilaf. The place is legendary, of course. A must-visit if you come to Tashkent.

It is very difficult to talk about the pilaf center, because it is so impressive that it is difficult to put into words, such is the well-coordinated work of all the staff - one can only be pleasantly surprised. The volume of pilaf is simply huge, the work is done near vast cauldrons, like blast furnaces, and the result is simply fantastic. I've never eaten anything so delicious. With a huge flow of guests, there is no delay in service. You definitely need to go and eat all this splendor.

A great place to show the guests of Tashkent how to cook pilaf in large cauldrons. Festive, teahouse and Samarkand pilaf are being prepared. Cauldrons are opened at 10:30-11:00 and always fresh pilaf until 23:00. I recommend ordering and paying for the "Set + double meat" at the checkout (not just pilaf, but a full set) and serving yourself, see how your portion is applied, chat with the Scalding and choose salads yourself, do not use the services of a waiter, this is such a quest for men 😉

A great place in Tashkent for eating pilaf (near the TV center) and there is pilaf even in the evening, a popular place to cook non-stop. In January, there were 3 different types. Very! And it differs from Samarkand (it was different and tastier there) and Bukhara. There must be and there is!

I had already seen the photos on the Internet, but when I opened the taxi door, I was so stunned. The scale of the landing area hinted at a large kitchen, but I didn't realize how much. I entered the cooking area and my eyes opened even wider 😅 The cook is stirring the pilaf with a shovel! With a shovel, Carl! The meat is stewed until it breaks down into fibers in huge chunks, but they are easy to get and then cut. The kitchen works super smoothly, no one pushes, the guests do not interfere, the waiters are faster than the hobbyists, it's nice to watch. We sat down at the tables in the order of the queue, we were lucky and a couple were immediately released. Waiting for the waiter, even during rush hour, takes about 5-6 minutes, and the first courses take out the same amount. We didn't waste our attention on salads, because the minimum portion of pilaf is 700g, I wanted to try all three: 1) Wedding. With sweet raisins, the most low-fat, a little carrot, you can add Cheese and egg if desired. It seems to me that it is more for girls, such powerful athletes. 🤣 2) Samarkand. We tried it in Samarkand, and it's exactly the same here, based on beef, except for the carrot moment. The scale does not allow us to pay enough attention to details, so it boiled down a little more than we would like. 3) The teahouse? Olive oil? I didn't get it any shorter, but it turned out to be the coolest. Pepper is added to the recipe, which gives a pleasant spice and piquancy. Meat of a different cut. It's as fat as Samarkand, but the taste is different, more delicate or something (maybe olive). I feel like I ate ~1.2kg of pilaf and I don't regret anything. 🤣 There was also samsa, while I was washing my hands, my companions had already eaten it, I did not order it again, I hoped we would stop at the Instagram place with samsa, but then they scored ... there would be a reason to stop by again. There were still photos of tortillas in the reviews, I saw with what pleasure the guests ate them, but there was no place for her anymore. Total: Design 6/10 Taste 9/10 Satiety/size 10/10 Service 8/10 Price-quality 7/10 Drink 6/10 The overall subjective rating is 8/10 I would like to put 9 or 10, but there are some factors. Summer planting, the price tag is more expensive than Samarkand, a lot of people, samsa is not super tasty (I trust the review), there is no salad show. I don't regret visiting this place, I'll come back on occasion.

It's always crowded and noisy here, but for some reason it's not difficult to find a free table. Maybe because the service is fast and the visitors don't stay long. There are several pilaf centers in Tashkent, but this one, which is "near the TV tower" (so name the address), is the best according to local taxi drivers. The pilaf here is teahouse, Samarkand, wedding... Everything is delicious! Plus, the delicious samsa and flatbreads are fresh from tandoor. By the way, last year pilaf was cooked on firewood, and today gas is supplied to the cauldrons. We did not notice the difference in the pilaf.

The famous pilaf center in Tashkent. Very tasty, fast and inexpensive. The menu is simple, three types of pilaf (you can take additives - kazy, eggs, dolma), salad, teas and cold drinks. The waiters are working at breakneck speed. But you need to take into account: a) the place is very popular, you can't find a free table right away b) it's better to come before 2 o'clock, then there are more people, and you can stay without pilaf

Pilaf is the same as in many places. The only staff is not ready to work with so many people. They called the waitress, apparently she is also the receptionist, we are waiting for an order. With children and with parents. Around us, those who came later than us received their orders. They say we are waiting , we think maybe they don't have time. Then I barely called another waiter and explained the situation, he said, yes, your order is being prepared, wait. But the children didn 't want to sit anymore , and the parents weren 't in the mood . I found the first girl among the crowd of people and asked her what it was . We wait an hour, and the neighboring tables have already gone the second and third round, and she says oh, sorry, your order didn't take place, it turns out I forgot, she speaks calmly. And we had to go somewhere else with the children, since we are tourists. It was canceled because of them. Oh, Bella, everyone is hungry and angry, and it's noisy there, the parents are elderly. We waited for another half hour. Although the waiters do not serve, I understand that people probably get tired a lot. We need to hire more staff. We were throwing our orders at each other. I don't want to go anymore and I don't advise anyone.

An interesting experience! The family took two types of pilaf, a salad with tomatoes and a flatbread with cherry compote. There was a fuss with the order, but probably due to the high customer traffic, we were not served for a long time. If you had been with the locals, surely the impression would not have been blurred. The "special" pilaf was brought first, but the "teahouse" was forgotten. I came to go to the administration office to remind them. They served it cold and it upset me ( Well, that's how it is. PS: one more nuance - the toilet is located on the side, paid. A single tariff for everyone, even for children. On the plus side: The order went for 150,000 soums (970 rubles). For a place that claims to be another landmark of Tashkent, it is quite a pleasant, comfortable check. I took off 1 point for minor mistakes, in general, a colorful place.
