A great authentic place. Maybe not the most delicious pilaf in Tashkent, but the most instagrammable for sure. Very affordable…

I've wanted to go there all my life. I give 4 stars for the lack of pure beef pilaf. This is a big disadvantage, since the body does not digest mutton. And only the wedding pilaf mixed with beef and mutton. The most delicious pilaf for me in Bukhara, Bukhara

It's worth going more than once! I recommend taking it with the service and sitting on the balconies to observe how everything works in general. Very cool! Incredible delicious pilaf at a very humane price🙌 Well, as a bonus, you can watch the cooking process in huge cauldrons.

A place purely for tourists. Pilaf is about nothing. The prices are too high, there is not much choice of types of pilaf. If you want to eat real pilaf, then look for ordinary tea houses, it is much tastier there. I don't recommend it in general

Everything is delicious, the portions are large, a must-visit in Tashkent. I think that the place is a little overrated, there are many places in Tashkent where the taste and quality are the same, and in some places it is better. Anyway, it's a great place.

The place is advertised and that's all. If you go here, then only if you are a group and the guide has organized everything for you. Otherwise, you will first stand in line at the cash register, then in line for pilaf, then you will also have to look for a free table. Uzbekistan is full of aesthetic places with delicious pilaf. Where it will not have to be mined and it will taste better.

Nice, cozy, colorful. Little Tashkent in one place. The most delicious pilaf and the hospitality of the waiters, who conquer your heart from the first minute. Of course, it's not as cheap as before, but it doesn't spoil the mood❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Only the name causes intimacy, but everything is as usual
, Yes, several types of pilaf, and the staff are polite to treat
But I didn't like the pilaf at all
In Moscow, in whatever construction market they will make pilaf 10 times tastier than there

A blissful place. We were visiting Uzbekistan. We've heard a lot about this place. Have arrived. So many people.... There is a full landing on two floors, there are also a lot of visitors on the street. But despite this, the service is very fast. Everything has already been brought in 3-5 minutes. The pilaf is delicious. The interior is in the national style. We are thrilled.

It's creative. A lot of people. It's a very long wait for the waiter. A popular place to visit. Large portions of pilaf. We took 1 serving for two. We are very full. You can find local cafes that are visited by locals, where it is even tastier, and at cheaper prices.

It is worth visiting once if you are a patient person. I visited several times and the same thing every time, but at the very least, visiting with friends was not satisfied with the service of the waiter taking the order (they pass by and say that they will approach now and so answer each guest). I understand that there are a lot of guests, but we need to pay attention to customers. Inside the restaurant, the waiters are more accommodating. Here on the street is so-so, there are advantages to sitting outside the view is beautiful. And if you judge the taste of pilaf, then the standard taste of Tashkent pilaf.

The pilaf is good, but the place is still more touristic. I advise you to come before 13.30—14.00 to see how they cook in the largest cauldron, later from the remaining ones—less. Although probably the same. Three types of pilaf, you can take 0.7 portions and a full one, the difference in cost is almost absent, keep in mind that a full portion per person is a lot! I'm not sure if the pilaf here is the best in Tashkent, but one of the best for sure. You must go!

A good place for tourists. The most delicious pilaf is cooked in the pool. It's already ending at about 12:30. Otherwise, a normal pilaf is like in any Tashkent canteen. I like the teahouse more. It is darker and has a point. The photo shows a classic wedding.

The pilaf is very fatty. The salad didn't seem to be fresh. I asked for tea without sugar, they brought just a sweet drink (one tea bag per teapot), asked to change and bring tea without sugar. They brought the same thing. In fact, I just paid and took 2 sips

A cult institution for Tashkent, where you will taste real Tashkent pilaf. Wedding (white) is less greasy compared to dark. You will witness how pilaf is cooked, you will enjoy the spectacle and flavors. Remember that in Uzbekistan, pilaf is eaten before noon.

As far as it's colorful, it's delicious, if not more. The choice of dishes is limited, but it definitely does not harm this place. There are a lot of places, but it is possible that it will be difficult to find a free one. When I was there, there were three tourist buses. The place is popular, but cool. Wedding pilaf (preferably included, it's + dolma, egg, sausage) - 🔥🔥🔥

The place is too overpriced. There are a lot of visitors, you will have to be on duty around the tables to take a free one.
There are only a couple of types of pilaf: Tashkent wedding and teahouse. Because of this, it seems to me, the name of the institution is absolutely not justified. Other interesting types of pilaf are not represented: Ferghana, Samarkand, Bukhara, etc. Based on this, I would not call this institution as the "Central Asian Pilaf Center".
The prices are inexpensive, you can eat a lot for little money.
To my taste, I personally brought out the Tashkent Wedding, teahouse so-so.

The amazing scale of the establishment.
Sit down at a table, the waiter comes up, you place an order, after a few minutes it is already brought. They leave you a receipt with the order. After the meal is over, you go to the cash desks with the receipt, where you pay for the order.
The price for the menu items can be viewed at the checkout (waiters will not share this information). Delicious pilaf, open cooking area.
