Unfortunately I am regularly here. Especially here MT transportation service, this has been one of my worst experiences. The service is poorly managed, and the staff is often aggressive and unprofessional. It feels like Municipality of Yerevan does not cares about the bad condition of the Bus Central Station. I truly hope to see serious improvements soon, with more transport and better-trained, more respectful staff.
