In September, we were at the Kobuleti shopping market, looking for sneakers and shorts with a T-shirt. As we entered the courtyard, we went all the way to the left, where between pavilions N 1 and 2 (entrance and/at them), Nona sells very high-quality clothes and shoes at a very reasonable price. She is a very friendly and sweet woman who understands clients perfectly. Thank you very much! In front of this store, we bought spices, fruits and vegetables at a small discount from various sellers. They paid 50 tetris (0.5lari) for parking at the exit. Prices at the market and in the city are about the same, but here the assortment is large. They even found figs, but there were no shops in the city markets.

If you park in the market itself, they charge a fee of GEL 1-2. If you stand a little further away, about 100 meters, it will be free. Spices are heavily diluted with salt, bottled wine is 10 lari per 1 liter, cilantro is very sweet. There is a suspicion that sugar has been added, which should not be present. In general, you can buy something, but you need to choose carefully and bargain.

Relatively colorful. They are mostly sincere and attentive sellers. There is no obsession. Yes, they can sell more expensive to tourists, but this is a market.Residents of Kobuleti say that the products sold here cannot be of poor quality, as the city is small, and the locals, with whom everyone is familiar, sell. And an incident with low-quality goods (products, cosmetics) can have a fatal effect on reputation. This is hardly a myth, because the consumption of everything purchased here (including alcohol that seemed unusually inexpensive to Russians) was pleasant, tasty and did not lead to any adverse consequences. During my vacation in Kobuleti, I came here almost daily. In addition to delicious fruit and vegetable products, I bought and am satisfied with tea, wine, churchkhela, cheeses. Pre-taste it and you will definitely find something to your liking. Souvenir products are also inexpensive
