I made an appointment with Kim Anna for an ultrasound, confirmed it twice, and eventually arrived at 11, but it turns out that there is also a live queue, a bazaar station, and a nightmare. I turned to the management, they don't care anymore. Very unpleasant. The doctor herself is not bad, but I looked at it quite cursorily, I won't go here anymore. :(
